In this informative session, you will take away key concepts that you can implement immediately within your company to take it to the next
level. You will learn about building a business structure and systems, including organizational charts, setting goals, and job descriptions, as well
as sales and marketing ideas.
Jeff and Steve have over 20 years of experience each in the landscape maintenance and design/build industry. Steve is the Vice President of
Southwest Landscape Management. He is a Past President of the Ohio Landscape Association and has written for many industry publications
and is currently writing for Turf Magazine. Jeff Rak is the President of Land Creations Landscaping. He is a graduate of the OSU/ATI with a
degree in Landscape Contracting and Construction. He is also a Past President of the Ohio Landscape Association, and his company has
received several awards for their work and has been recognized by many publications and local television stations.
Together, Jeff and Steve have formed Rak Consulting which offers both design/build and maintenance knowledge and focuses on smaller
landscape companies that are $1 million or less in sales.
