Internal Customer Service Sales Rep.

Qualifications:

· Interested in hardscape and other landscape products;
· Friendly, outgoing, upbeat person with sales and customer service ability;
· Positive team player - shares knowledge, helps others and offers clear written and verbal communication;
· Professional and emotional mature;
· Has landscape product knowledge or able to learn quickly;
· Math aptitude - able to estimate materials;
· Clean and organized paperwork and work area, follows internal procedures, fills in details on paperwork;
· Achievement oriented, hardworking, reaching new goals;
· Adaptable, able to be flexible.  Work inside or outside.  Adjust job duties as needed;
· Responsible for keeping inside and outdoor displays clean from clutter.  Help build and maintain. Sweep and power wash as needed;
· Minimum High School graduate - College graduate a plus;
· PC skills - PowerPoint, Word, Excel - ability to learn quickly.  Interested in learning more through training;
· Able to work weekdays from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays 7:00 am to 2:00 pm during busy season;
· Daily inventory counts as needed and end of year counts;
· Work at Home & Flower shows, trade shows, attend OLA evening events and other vendor and misc. events.

Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Southwest Landscape Management is looking for an experienced foreman to complete our 2008 team.  This position is tailor made for the self starter, high energy individual who has the ability to communicate well with both clients and crew.  Experience should include managing a crew of 2 to 5 people and a portfolio of accounts ranging from medium to large size commercial properties.  Excellent time management skills are a must.
