Plus, discuss the problems that arise from over-mulching, products application
formulas, and how to figure them out.

Soil is where it starts - taking soil tests and how to correct pre-existing
conditions.  Learn to identify insect and disease damage and what to do
about it, and discuss the basics of fertilizer technology.
